Sefton Park Hotel

Beautifully renovated Victorian villa – in a stunning parkland setting

About Us

Welcome to Sefton Park Hotel

A Victorian Villa with Heart, History, and Hospitality

Nestled on the edge of Liverpool’s iconic Sefton Park, our beautifully restored Victorian villa offers a unique blend of heritage charm and boutique comfort. Once a beloved family home, Sefton Park Hotel now welcomes guests from near and far with open arms and a spirit of true hospitality.

Overlooking the vibrant life of Sefton Park — a Grade I listed, 200-acre masterpiece of Victorian landscape design — our hotel offers front-row access to its serene lakes, graceful palm house, and whimsical sculptures of Peter Pan and Eros. This is one of the country’s original “breathing spaces,” and it’s right on our doorstep.

Inside, you’ll find 16 individually styled bedrooms, each one cosy, comfortable, and full of character. Our snug bar is known for its perfectly pulled pints, while the light-filled lounge provides an elegant setting for hearty breakfasts, indulgent Afternoon Teas, and our much-loved Sunday Roasts.

We’re also proud to be one of Liverpool’s favourite venues for events, celebrations, and gatherings of all kinds. With spacious function rooms and a handsome garden for outdoor drinks, our hotel has been part of the city’s social fabric for generations.

Music lovers will find a special connection here too — Stuart Sutcliffe, the original bass player for The Beatles, once called this villa home. Today, his legacy lives on in our curated collection of photographs and letters displayed throughout the hotel.

At Sefton Park Hotel, you're not just a guest — you're part of the story. Come in, take a seat, and let us make you feel at home.
